Our Methods

We use an inter-disciplinary approach to our work, blending Eastern philosophies with Western practices including CBT and EMDR.  Our goal is to attend to your needs in all their diversity. Our team is made up of qualified professionals from the UK and Cambodia. We will find the right therapist for your needs, someone who speaks your language literally and metaphorically. Our therapy can range from supportive life coaching to more intensive and specialised services helping you recover from profound trauma or grief.

Individual Therapy

The practioner works with the client on a one-to-one basis. Individual therapy helps the client work through personal issues they have been facing. It is an effective treatment for a variety of emotional difficulties and mental health issues

Couple's Therapy

Our practioner provides a caring, supportive and non-judgmental environment to help couples find a way through any difficulties they may be facing in their relationship. It does not matter if our clients are on their own, married, living together, single, gay, bisexual, straight or transgender. We can offer support regardless of the client’s identity.

Family Therapy

Even the best of families can feel a need for help beyond their own resources. Family therapy is designed to address specific issues affecting the health and functioning of a family. Families will have the opportunity to explore their feelings in a safe environment.

Child Therapy

In a safe and therapeutic environment, child therapy sessions can be a major support in enabling children to talk about things that are causing them to feel worried, upset or afraid. During playtime for example, our practitioner will observe and gain insights into a child’s problems. The practioner can then help the child explore emotions and deal with unresolved trauma. Through play, children can learn new coping mechanisms and how to redirect inappropriate behaviors.

Counselling

Counselling is a talking therapy that involves our practitioner listening to a client and helping them find ways through the principle use of relationships to facilitate self- knowledge, emotional acceptance, growth and the optimal development of personal resources. The overall aim is to provide an opportunity for the client to work towards living more satisfyingly and resourcefully.

Life Coaching

Our wellness professional can help clients make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment. The practioner helps the client clarify goals, identify the obstacles holding them back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

Hypnotherpy

The hypnotherapist uses a combination of hypnosis and talking therapy to bring about changes in a client’s thoughts, feelings and behaviours at a deeper than conscious level; the subconscious level, where we automatically respond. The beliefs, they hold about themselves (positive or negative) are stored within their subconscious mind, as are many behaviours, patterns and habits. These behaviours can be protective and useful, but where they are unhelpful, a client might want to change their deep-rooted, automatic responses and cannot access these alone.
